HANZEL fittings are available in both plain PPRC fittings such as Coupler, Elbow and Tee as well inject molded PPRC in chromium plated threaded brass Fittings. PPRC fittings can also be attached with conventional piping systems or previously installed equipments using flanges. Different varieties of valves are also available to meet various requirements. HANZEL PPRC fittings can withstand temperature up to 95°C and pressure upto 25kg/cm2 hence categorized under PN-25 class. The entire range such as Elbow 90° & 45°, Coupler, Tee, Reducers, Unions, Ball Valves, Stop Valves, Flanges, Clamps, and Bends are available in sizes ranging from 20 to 160 mm depending on the plumbing requirements; The sizes are embossed on the individual fittings.

Threaded Brass Inserts

Comparing with conventional inserts HANZEL brass inserts have following special features: Swallowtail form of groove on the outer side of HANZEL inserts. This form of groove can prevent leakage due to expand or contract of the materials because of temperature change. New groove added on the inner side. With this groove the connection strength will be increased and anti-leakage function will be improved. Kurled screw thread by HANZEL male inserts. With the help of this processing sealing band, for example Teflon tapes can be banded on the thread much tighter than before. The installation quality and efficiency will be increased. Rough surface connected with plastic. Instead of smooth surface by connectional inserts rough surface of HANZEL inserts has benefit to increase the connection strength . Inserts are made of High brass which contains 65% Copper and 35% Zinc and has a high tensile strength and is corrosion resistant. Brass is coated with chromium which helps to reduce friction, add wear resistance and to increase corrosion resistance.
