PP-RC Fittings

  • HANZEL fittings are available in both plain PPRC fittings such as Coupler, Elbow and Tee as well inject molded PPRC in chromium plated threaded brass Fittings.
  • PPRC fittings can also be attached with conventional piping systems or previously installed equipments using flanges.
  • Different varieties of valves are also available to meet various requirements.
  • HANZEL PPRC fittings can withstand temperature up to 95°C and pressure upto 25kg/cm2 hence categorized under PN-25 class.
  • The entire range such as Elbow 90° & 45°, Coupler, Tee, Reducers, Unions, Ball Valves, Stop Valves, Flanges, Clamps, and Bends are available in sizes ranging from 20 to 160 mm depending on the plumbing requirements;
  • The sizes are embossed on the individual fittings.

PP-RC Pipes

  • HANZEL produces PPRC (Polypropylene Random Co Polymer) Pipes & Fittings with High Korean technology compatible to DIN 8077-8078 & DIN 16962 standards, with using HYOSUNG R200P.
  • The greatest specialty about HYOSUNG R200P raw material is its extremely safe usage in the hot water pipes as it has brilliant resistance against heat and chemical substances.
  • The products which are produced from this raw material are hygienic and agreeable to the nutriment charter because it is not also affected by any biological substances.
  • It is certified by Health Ministries of European Union countries that PPRC Type 3 raw material is healthy and hygienic.
  • It is completely Non Toxic and complies with food grade as per the current standards at international level.
